PROS

The outstanding features and exceptional customer service team are unparalleled. Each new release brings with it a whole new set of enhancements and features that add to the already impressive lineup of business-winning tools. The ability to create a list of leads and call sequentially without stopping to leave voicemails (Vm drop is awesome btw) is a huge timesaver. Keep up the great work!

La facilidad de instalación, configuración y uso. Lo estable y escalable del software. La multiplataforma ( puedo usarlo en WIndows, Mac, Iphone, Android, y hardphones)

Customer Service, Click to Dial, Smart Routing, Ring Groups, Easy Implementation, Easy Record Access.

Excellent integration with Salesforce which makes it simple to associate calls with multiple objects.

Speed of implementation and learning curve is the best thing about it

CONS

The mobile app was very lackluster, but I am excited for the upcoming app in development. I hear it will be 100% integrated with salesforce.

Hoy en dia, nada. Antes, el software tenia algun que otro bug, pero ahora ha mejorado muchisimo y es bastante estable.

We get glitches on rare occasions where the Call log doesn't sync right away.

Early security issue (resolved) with the desktop app which froze for some users some of the time. Now completely resolved in a subsequent release.

I honestly haven't had any problems with anything related to PhoneIQ. I am delighted
